new install windows 7

hi there
can anyone help me please i have just done a install of window 7 and installed radarbox but when i look at device manager -drivers the drivers are not installed i have tried reinstalling radarbox then pluging in the hardwear but it says not sucessfull it appears that the drivers will not install can anyone help me resolve this problem

Hi Phil, is it 64 bit version? If you check the threads there is plenty of help with this issue.

They are the latest drivers for Windows 7 and i would suggest you give them a try.  Also dont plug in the USB cable until after the install is complete.

problem sorted i selected all drivers at pot luck and seems to be working now lol cheers
