Order Status

Dear Sir,

I have ordered the Airnav Antenna Kit since 24-Feb-2011 and till now i didn't receive my kit or any tracking number for my order,

every time i send email to AirNav Support either they are not replying to my emails or they are telling me that we will send you the tracking number soon then they totally forget about me and it happened many times, i hate this kind of support, kindly help me to cancel my order and get my money back.

Hi Sir,

We have replied to your emails and we are not a company to ignore emails or take money and not provide.

The order has been sent out and our delivery warehouse has confirmed this but hasn't provided a tracking id. We will chase them up on Monday and get back to you asp with the tracking id, rest assured it has been sent and should be with you this week pending customs checks.

Thanks a lot dear i hope i will get it within this week,

your are right sometimes you are replying back to my emails but with same answer without tracking id,

thanks again for your help and support
