Database Explorer
« on: March 12, 2008, 02:32:05 PM »
Hello,

At the moment I'n having a problem with Database Explorer which I
can't seem to fix.

in Database Explorer when I want to add data in the aircraft field
and I push add record nothing happens anymore and I can't add
tied up aircraft.

I must admit that I have been fooling around with third party software
like SqliteMaestro to add to the databases even when RB was running,
did some experimenting with removing the primary key in order to
avoid a Database is locked error message in SqliteMaestro.

I have uninstalled the RB2008 software once now and reinstalled it
again but the problem persists.....

Anything I can do here to resolve this ?

Marinus.

PS  In all other fields like "actype" and "airlines" all works fine.

During beta testing I specifically added the primary key to all the tables in NavData.db3 to avoid problems with duplicate records.  I would NOT recommend removing the primary key.

Roger that Tarbat, won't mess with the primary key again.....

Will do another uninstall and clean the registry of all radarbox
entries, hope that will resolve my issue....
