Lost Disc
« on: April 17, 2010, 01:11:43 PM »
Hi Guys, I've just had to set my computer back to factory setting, fortunately my Airnav files were on an external drive. The problem is I've misplaced my disc and although I can fire up my RB I cant remember my password.

How do I go about getting this information?

Contact Support at [email protected] and they will be able to help you.  You will need the serial number that is printed on the label on your RB hardware unit.

Did you get an automated response with a 'ticket' number?

If not, then the email wasn't received.

Thanks all recieved now but I can't get my RB to work! As I've misplaced my disc do I have to download the latest version? If so can you guide me to it please.

Many THanks.

The latest version (4.03 - 3D-enabled) is here: http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/anrb/403/ANRB403Setup.exe

The latest 2D-only version (3.13) is here: http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/anrb/313/ANRB313Setup.exe

They are identical if you haven't upgraded to 3D, but 3.13 is a amaller downlaod as it doesn't contain the 3D models etc.

Thanks Rod! OK I've installed RB back onto my computer but it still doesn't connect (It works fine on my laptop so no problems with the box itself!). The software appears etc but it shows not connected.
I'm on Vista and I'm sure it should be asking for the driver to install but it's not. I don't think the driver is installed? Any ideas guys?

Cheers
