Network problem
« on: March 09, 2010, 08:11:29 AM »
I dont seem to be getting any live network anymore
support say there is no problem at there end, i have had the network running for 2 years and had np at all
was disconnected for 30 hrs  over weekend then airnav reconnected me. now i see the live network yellow icon that counts down every 20 seconds but no aircraft are shown under the network tab
anybody know what may be wrong?
tried on second pc but same too
Thanks for any help

Could be a firewall problem. Can you check that your firewall allows traffic in and out to AirNav.

Hi Jasper

Just a thought...right click on the RadarBox icon and go to properties.  Try changing the compatibility mode that you want the program to run under.  This worked for me when I upgraded to Windows 7.

We can confirm that the network has been up and running without any problem today (no downtime at all): please check your internet connection, firewall and if the problem persists contact our support.
