usb issues
« on: January 17, 2010, 10:55:13 PM »
I have a mac and when using either VMware or Parallels (WIndows XP SP3), the radarbox stops communicating with the software. I have to unplug and plug it in for it to work again for about 30 mins. or so.

Thanks

aboz,

Did you install the USB drivers when you installed the Radarbox Software, if not then you will need to do this, the drivers can be found within the Airnav Directory.  Also check that you don't have power save enabled on the USB ports under windows, because the power to the USB ports may be reduced in this mode and not leave the power requirements for the RB.

I did install the drivers before I even ran the program for the forst time, I did notice it keeps blinking not connected/connected in the bottom left of the screen. power save is off as well.
