Apologies if this has been requested before but can I request the following.

At present the Alert notification appears to only happen once per aircraft per 24 hour period.  However I would like the option to have the notifications every time a hit occurs. 

For instance  I have LH A321 D-AISW on my alert list.  Today it left LHR at 0645.  It has now reappeared  at 10:40 but I'm not getting an alert.  I didn't see it first time round as I was tucked up in bed.  However, would have liked the notification now that I'm in a position to see it.

I appreciate that not everyone would care for this so an option in preferences to turn this on would be fine.

I've noticed this too. The only way I can get the Alert to notify me more than once in the same day is to actually clear the particular aircraft from the Alert Log each time it appears. If it's still showing in the Alert Log and it reappears, the Alert doesn't work.

I just tried alerts by e-mail for the first time, tonight, and I'm not receiving any. Are you saying that they don't appear in the recipient's e-mail box until after 24 hours?

No I'm talking about the alert pop ups on screen.  I use the JSTARS app for email alerts

I get alerts on the screen with each hit, I just don't receive e-mails, even though I've followed all the directions and double-checked everything I entered.

A statement comes up on the screen saying e-mail has been sent, but nothing ever gets received. I've tried entering in different e-mail addresses, but it just doesn't work.

Have you checked your spam filters to see if the email is being blocked?

Good suggestion. But, I did and nothing comes in my spam box, either.
No other indications that Radarbox messages would be blocked.
