Hi can anybody help, recently I took out the live network 7 day trail but did not really like it, so i cancelled within the 7 days. I bought my RB in January/February this year 2009 with the live network of course, can anybody tell me why account has changed and it should be valid to sometime in January/February 2010.

Also when I start V3.10 my username and password disappear but RB works but the flight ID,  registration and aircraft are missing.

It will be because someone has cancelled your RT network trial but may not have reinstated your free delayed 1 year sub.

You will have to email Airnav and ask them to reinstate your remaining time, I don't believe this is and automatic process.
