A fuller answer would be that many of us have been hoping that the alerts system would be completely revamped to allow conditional alerts in the same way that Excel does conditional formatting - allowing AND and OR logic with multiple conditions, and allowing a variety of actions to be carried out on the alert.
We live in hope. It won't be in Version 3, though.
You can use filters to find the inbound traffic, though.
