Have you tried either of these solutions:

1. Get VistaBootPro, and edit your BCD boot config:  There is an option "Disable Vista Driver signing"  .The entry in the BCD is actually loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

2. Or you can also use the builtin BCDEDIT and type
bcdedit -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS in a CMD prompt.

3. F8 at boot-up, and disable driver signing.

Blame Microsoft for insisting on signed drivers and then making it a long, slow process to get drivers signed.

Hello Everybody

It was easy for me, yesterday I reseted my AMDx3 64bit vista based, pressed F8 at startup, selected Drivers signature disabled, and inmediatly Radar Box USB was recognized.
Thanks to Rod and the others for the help

We are still in the process of certifying the drivers with Microsoft. Unfortunately it is a terrible bureaucratic process that is taking much longer than we expected.
