Windows Update
« on: July 16, 2009, 11:18:20 AM »
Hello All,

I run my RB 24/7, I thought I had windows update selected to download but update when I chose, but that seems to have been changrd by me at some point.

So problem.

Came home this morning to find Laptop had rebooted due to windows update, so logged on and restarted RB. Clicked on reporter to save yesterdays log. Clicked Generate for yesterday, came up with 0 (zero) flights.

Checked mylog - quickset (all time) and all entries from 2009-07-13 18:42:02 to 5:30am this morning have gone.

All the data in Navdata seems to be there as I added two manually just before I left for work and did a populate in mylog. Its undone the details of the populate as I,ve just retreaved yesterdays log from the automatic E-mail to mode-s@yahoo and the details are all there from the populate in the log for the manual entries.

I have closed RB down a few times this week so the details should have been saved.

Any ideas?

This problem could have been caused by windows rebooting when an update was done.
