Problems swithcing from XP to Vista

Has anyone else had any problems using the Airnav Box when setting up on a brand new PC? - I have it setup on 3 older machines - including a laptop with no problem.

I've had the machine back to the suppliers twice believing it was some fault on their part (which their was replacement parts).

I'm corresponding with support regarding this - so no complaints, just curious whether anyone else had experienced this.
