I don't really know, other than I haven't heard of anybody having any problems with the number of tracks.

Live tracks I receive average around 60-70 with my external antenna at home and around 30-40 with the standard antenna on the window ledge at work.

Network capacity - I've seen approx 1200 aircraft maximum, so overall I don't think that capacity is a problem either with live or Network traffic :-)

I've had, on rare occasions, up to 300 aircraft being tracked live at one time.

There is no limit to the number of aircraft being tracked. When on trials the application was able to decode 2500 ADS-B message / second without any problem.

Regarding the total number of aircraft being shown that will improve in V2.10 to more than 50 thousand flights simultaneously.
