Mark,

When in MyLog, go to Tools, Populate and follow the prompts.

This will update those missing details if they exist.

Are you using the latest version of the RadarBox software - RadarBox 2009?

If not, then that's what you need:

http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/anrb/anrb20setup.exe

It installs in a completely new directory, so you don't need to uninstall if you have an earlier version.

As a fairly new user, I thought I would read some of the older posts and I came across the above comment. I don't have any problems as such but I wanted to check something out so just out of curiosity, I clicked "My Log", then clicked on "Tools" on the top menu bar but I certainly don't see an option to populate. I am using the 2009 version.

You should see this.  What options do you see?  Are you definately running the 2009 version - check in the Window heading.

tarbat...

thanks for your reply, I didn't realise that there was a "Tools" tab on the actual "My Log" page as it wasn't actually obvious to me at first. I was looking at the other Tools tab along the top.
