Mode S ?????????????????????????
« on: November 01, 2008, 09:40:21 AM »
Hello to all of you

Let's review the use of the transponder mode we're interested please.

What future for the transponder?

Why all airliners or private (though the same type and the same generation) do not use the same mode?

There he hopes to see how we're interested used by the largest number in the near future?

Thank you to the specialist to bring us news.

Now, if we knew all the answers. we could probably make a bit of money!

Read this for a start regarding the Mode S situation in Europe - quite a mess really!

Eurocontrol will shortly publish a draft Implementation Rule for consultation, with the stated intention of making ADS-B-out (1090ES) mandatory for all aircraft in Single European Sky airspace by 2015.
