Squawk codes

Does anybody have a list of which ATC centers use what blocks of Squawk codes please. I notice whilst all the military traffic does not show position they often squawk. It might give me a rough idea of location and freq to try.

There's a comprehensive list starting at section ENR 1-6-5.You should find what you want amongst that little lot :-)
