Unable to connect to audio.rb24.com

Since exactly 18:00 UTC on July 16, I have been getting a "Could not connect  to audio.rb24.com:8000/EXTVHF...."  error in rtl-airband. Any known issues?
I am also feeding liveatc.net and no issues with that connection.
