Feed rdbox problem

Hi there,
I have a problem with sending data to radarbox, I have an adsb piaware station, I send data to fa, fr24 without any problem but on Radarbox it only shows me some planes. For example  I detect 54 but on rdbox only 21.
What do you think is the problem?

I suggest that you speak to support but I suspect its to do with timeouts after the last signal is received from aircraft you are picking up
