Refreshing log in details please

Can any one tell me how I can retrieve my log in

Thank you for your reply the reason why i asked is that due to my pc giving up I need to install on new computer (pc) and I have lost my log in details to log ont radar screen my seriel number is ANRB11363 but I have lost the password.

Contact [email protected]  The log in details will also be on the cover of the CD with the original software

I have tried contacting support and my e mails keep getting returned saying mail failed

BTW ANRB11363 is not the correct station number as it should be 6 numbers
