Any difference in reception

Good morning

I bought an improved external antenna and with it I received a new orange radarbox flightstick.  Is it's reception any better than my five year old Radarbox pro or are they the same.

In theory it should give better reception as the electronics in it are 10 years younger, more advanced but the only way to find out is to try it.  Just use the same credentials on start up.  I changed over to a stick when my origional box went u/s and cant say i notice any difference

Just been on the Airnav shop and I believe the orange one may be a VHF flightstick for VHF reception https://www.radarbox.com/vhf-airband-flightstick

I think it is a little more receptive but without the flashing blue lights, you don't notice the traffic.
