Problem getting AIRNAV ADS-B Flight Stick Setup

I have been trying for the last 3 hours to get my radarbox flight stick set up on my laptop. Runs on Windows 10. Followed the instructions but it still says hardware not connected. I can access the main screen and change settings from the application, but cant get the driver to work. These are the links I used that support provided me. I think I am missing something on unzipping and installing the driver. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try the Zadig 2.5 driver from here https://zadig.akeo.ie/  Any problems loading these let me know
