AIRNAV RADARBOX BRAND NEW STICK NOT WORKING

Hi to all of you !
Hope you are fine.

Just want to tell you that I bought many brand new Radarbox stick on Amazon.ca
Connected one on my Pi with FR24 Image.
It worked just a few minutes and then nothing at all it is not working...
I clearly identify that the problem comes from the stick...
It runs really very hot and I also retrieve totally the plastic cover and even place a small fan to cool it but until now it is not working at all and no signal received...

Just to know if someone experienced that...
I am very disappointed and don't know what to do...
I just lost my money !
I trusted the radarbox brand but now I must buy the FA blue stick instead...
Please help me !

I would suggest that you contact Airnav Support advise them of you issue and ask for a replacement

It should not get really hot after a few minutes use so that would suggest a prblem with it

If you dont contact them they are unable to assist you

Well noted I will write them.

I even placed a small fan next to the stick via the Pi.
The fan did very well in cooling it. The stick was not that hot after that but it is still not working at all. No data is received by the Pi...
I tried during several days but still the same issue...
When I put another sdr stick on the same installation it starts working well !

Really disappointed because I trusted the brand Radarbox.

I just sent them a mail.

I am waiting for their answer.
I tried again with the stick and still not working even when cooled.
And without a fan it becomes very hot quickly ! The radarbox stick is really thinner that the Flightaware stick and has not a good cooling case I think or maybe it is a faulty piece or something inside is not working...
