Yes, you can send it to yourself. Check your firewall is not blocking the software as thats the likely cause of it not sending.

I'm having the exact same problem and it's driving me nuts!  I've checked my firewalls etc but can't find the cause of the blocking.  I can access the Network and Airliners.net form inside the RadarBox software.  I can't email any alerts or reports.  I get the following message all the time...

'Could not connect to SMPT server to send auto-report'

just checked to see if reporting emails worked for me, and the answer is Nope..

Have a question:  What account does the email get sent by?  Is it a AirNav email account?  as if its not I cant see how it would work as without mail server setting and login details it would have no post office to send by.

Ok we will look into this as well. Bear with us please. In the meantime you can save the log or regarding alert, you can save it to the alert box and you can copy that.

Its sent through our servers. It may be a server issue as it was working before.

Hi all

Peter here in Sydney AU, I have the same problem but I save it to a file then e-mail to my local spotters group.

Not happy with the report generated as it comes out all over the place; I thought it would be a mirror image of MyLog.

Also, not all MyLog entries are appearing on the generated report. MyLog had 212 entries but only about 170 records appeared on the report. This happens every day.

Haven't had any success sending an email report to myself.  I've tried 2 different email addresses and although RB says sending mail in the status bar at the bottom, nothing appears in my email inbox.

I'm using Mozilla Thunderbird as the default mail client and I've also tried sending/receiving to a Google Mail Account.
