The update is nothing to do with the driver issue.  It requires a fix from Airnav at their end

Babbage would have built a computer in the time it's taking for AN to fix these issues !

Morning Alan,

You must have been sent the fix personally because it isn't working here. Several still coming up as 'photo not available' eg EC-LRN. There are 19 photos of this aircraft in the photos folder !

Could a problem be occurring because the photos folder is being overloaded by several examples of the same aircraft. Is there no way that when a new photo is downloaded an older one is deleted ?

METAR still not working.

Ian/All,

I stated the updater was now working.  I didn't mention the other fixes required which have still to be done.

Good morning all

The database update feature is working for me this morning, thanks Alan for all your had work, but cannot get any photos to show.
As others have said, this is probably an AirNav problem which would be nice to have solved.
However the database problem was much more important, in my view, and I am very pleased it is resolved.

Updates now appear to work, but photos seem thin on the ground.
Some work, most don't ... is that related to database updates I wonder ?

Have a read at the thread for your answer.  The update issue is fixed and the other issues are not.
