Hello everyone, I just installed the Airnav Radarbox 24 on my PC with the new Windows 10, install the drivres and now I'm enjoying again my program, but I have two problems, one is that when I place the mouse cursor on the plane On the map does not show the distance between the plane and my position, and the second is that it does not mark the Polar Diagram on the map, before it and so could know the range of capture of my antenna, if someone could help would appreciate it, Thank you.

I take it you mean the Radarbox software with the radarbox receiver not Radarbox24.  The polar diagram takes a few days to build up.  If you scroll across the grid you should get the distance and bearing from there

Friend, I mean the aircraft that captures my antenna with the radarbox airnav that I have installed in my house, before with the windows 7 I gave the distance information and the polar diagram was being built little by little, but I already have two days watching Planes in my pc and the polar diagram is not built, I also do not see the distance between the planes and my house.

Which Radarbox software version are you using.  It takes some time to build the polar diagram 2 days is not much, give it a week.

I have the Version 4.03 and Windows 10 pro on my PC, and what is more strange is to see the distance of the planes with the course in the lower left, where you also see the messages by seconds received if you can help me thank you friend Alan

Version 4.03 is very old.  Try using v5.00.72 instead it is newer and it has the added advantage of being able to download a new database each day http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/ANRB50072Setup.exe

Delete the old version first

Gonz

go into Control Panel/Programs and Features, right click AirNav Radarbox/Uninstall
Download and run http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/ANRB50072Setup.exe
When you get to Select Destination Location, type in the information on the attached shot, then click Next and it will install

My apologies Gonz, I didn't register to me that you have Windows 10.  You will need the new Windows 10 drivers from here. http://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/ANRB-Drivers-20161222.zip
You will need to unzip them into the driver folder which I imagine would be be c:/AirNav Systems/Airnav Radarbox/Drivers/
