RadarBox - ACARS Decoder Link

I have Radarbox and the the Airnav ARCARS Decoder boh working fine on their own but I can't view the ACARS messages in Radarbox despite following the instructions on linking them i.e. Select 'Connect to Airnav ACARS decoder'

Has anyone had similar problems or suggest what I might be doing wrong
