hardware not connected

Hi
everytime i load up radarbox 2007 everything is fine, but after about 15 - 20 mins the green light goes red to "hardware not connected" and even if i double click, it will not reconnect, then 2 mins after, i lose the network too at the bottom left. This hsappens everytime, and the only way to reconnect is to close and re open the software, which i have to do using CTRL ALT DEL as nothing else closes the software, once i lose the GREEN hardware connected button.
i am on 20 meg connection, and on windows vista. Speedy help would be great, as it is a real problem for me right now.

Vista might be a bit fussy. Are you running RadarBox 2007 by right clicking on its icon and selecting run with admin rights.

Also proper support can only be given to you when contacting support via email or a support ticket. See topic
