alert emails not always sending / in foreign text

Hi all,
Hoping someone can help please.

My alerts are not always sending the emails and the few that do come through are in foreign text.

Has anyone had this before or know how to fix please as you can imagine it is rather frustrating.

Hello Cat,

please tell us which version of ANRB software you are using.

For at least one user, who has had a similar problem, the problem was solved by updating to version 5.00.072.

Thanks, I am on 5.00.071 so looks like an update is needed.
Any ideas where i can get this from, had a look but cannot seem to find it?
