You will need your RadarBox login reset, it allows you to use 3D on two installs. You may have gone above this hence 3D is not appearing. I have just checked support mailbox and don't see anything with your email in the last few weeks.
If you did send an email can you pass us the ticket id otherwise please resend your message with your RB login id to support and we will reset it.
