Alert List
« on: February 04, 2014, 01:47:25 PM »
Hi
Is there a problem with the alert program? I've repeatedly have had to re- input a lengthy list of registrations only for them to disappear. Does shutting ANRB down automatically clear the list/settings? Can someone point to where I'm going wrong or is there an on going issue with the alert program?
                                                             Thanks

                                                          Kev Miller.

How do you shut down Kev as they should stay put.

Hi Alan
By the red X normally and always via the start button and shut down to switch my laptop off. I'm on Windows 7 32-bit. I did wonder if that was an issue?

            Thanks for any further info
                                                             Kev.

Kev,

Never close down RB using the red x as nothing is saved.  Always close down RB using File/Exit and that way everything from the session is saved including mylog and changes such as you detail in alerts.  Failure to do this will see mylog and change detail lost
