Save a copy of your mylog just in case a keep somewhere safe.  The mylog.db3 on your laptop that worked, is it the same one thats on on your other computer?  I would have thought that the reason that it is not being read is that it is either not where is is expected to be or it is corrupted in some way so if it is not the same one I would copy over one that  I know is OK and try it.

I would contact support with your query [email protected]  I am sure that there is a simple explanation but  I cannot think of it.

I updated with Beta 5.62 and no more problems.....

I'm back again,

after my Problem was fixed with the new update I have a new Problem:

The Programm stops after a while (sometimes one hour after starting, sometimes four hours...), no new aircraft are shown..... (the aircraft at the time of the stopping stay and dont change)
I have a "green" at Hardware connected and e.g. 306 Msgs/sec (103) changing frequently.

I changed my USB-Port reinstalled my VGA-Driver and and and.......

Any ideas ????

What version of Windows do you use and where is Airnav installed too on your computer.

Sorry, no answer for you, I have been using the version for over a week around 14 hours per day with no stoppages so havent a clue what your issue could be.  It would appear to be still working if the message numbers are changing frequently.  Maybe an email to support could help you better.
