Radarbox24 Never working
« on: January 03, 2013, 04:05:35 AM »
I can not get it to work right. It loads the map and then sits there with a "Intializing" message below the facebook and twitter links. I let it sit for over a hour with no change. Back on 12/21/12, after days of nothing, I texted support and got the server down answer. I've been trying every couple days to no avail.
Any ideas???

Hi zarni52,

What browser (type and version number) are you using to access RadarBox24? We have seen similar problems with Internet Explorer when it is set to "compatibility mode". If you are using I.E. for your browser, please check to make sure that you are not in "compatibility mode".

To turn off compatibility mode in I.E. do the following:
a.     Open internet explorer.
b.     Click on Alt key on the keyboard. Now click on Tools in menu bar.
c.     Select Compatibility View Settings.
d.     Remove the check mark for Display all websites in Compatibility View and close the Compatibility View Settings window.

I'm running IE9. Ver. 9.0.8112.16421.
I checked the compatability settings and it's off. Thanks for the idea though.

zarni52,

Can you try running RB24 in a different web browser (try either Firefox or Chrome or Opera) on the same computer and see if you get the same problem? This will help determine whether the problem is within your IE or if it's a bigger network/firewall issue. Please report what happens.
