ARNB.exe crashes when access over RDP access

Hi!

I use the radar box software within a VMware virtual machine. It works great. If I look via the VMware Console, the program works fine but if I access the VM with Microsoft RDP-protocol, the ARNB.exe crashes and must be closed.
This is every time, I use RDP oder lock the screen. Other programs work fine with RDP-Access.
Reinstall of the radarbox-software wasn't successfull.

Can you help me with this problem?

I would suggest having a look at your settings for VM.

We have many setups for companies which use the Microsoft Remote Desktop with RadarBox and have had no issue.

Virtual Machines however seem to exhbit weird behaviour if memory is low or display settings are not correct.

Thanks for replying. The VM has now 2,5GB of memory. I will upgrade it to 4GB.
Can you tell me, which display settings are the best to view with RDP?

The VM is now upgraded to 4GB of RAM but the problem is still there.
Could anyone help me?

Frogger,
Right click on the remote desktop connection icon for the saved session.
Goto Experience, uncheck all boxes.
Goto Local Resources, uncheck printers ,clipboard,
Click more, unclick all.
Save and try. Let us know this has any influence.

If not, then try log me in as an alternative. I use logme in and don't have the same issue.

Thanks for info Dan. But I have the same problem here with these settings. Now I will try logmein. Is it like team viewer?
