Whats up with the network support, its been down for some time now, 3 or 4 hours and nothing from you

Our monitoring systems didn't catch anything longer than a 5 minute down time and we have sites in across the world checking the network every minute.

We will investigate this further though as you have mentioned it on the forum and another user however no one raised it direct to support (we usually get a tickets when the server goes down)

Hi there im new to airnav radarbox. i bought it from ebay and have 3d software disc too which says i have no free time subscription thing. Also how do i share via the network.?

The network is only available free for the first year after a new RadarBox is bought. If you want to subscribe to the network (live or 5-minutes delayed) you need to order it from AirNav here: http://www.airnavsystems.com/RadarBox/order.html

You don't need to do anything to share your data on the network - sharing is turned on by default, so as long as you are connected to the Internet, you are sharing..
