Airnax Box not connecting

I am unable to connect my airnav box to the hardware or network, I have reloaded drivers and uninstalled and re installed but still no luck.

I have also reconnected and disconnected but still the box will not connect, any ideas please.

What vesrion of Airnav and Windows are you using?

Jim,

Can I confirm you are getting no aircraft at all either on your own Myflights or throught the Network?

If so on my flights bottom left corner, do you have Process Harware flights ticked and on Network do you have Get flights from Radarbox Network ticked?

What's happening on the Airnav RadarBox, what lights do you see and what are they doing?

Also, under the "Process Hardware Fights" tick box, what colour is the square next to where it says "Hardware" and does it say "Connected" or "Not Connected" next to this?

If your running Vista or W7 try right cliking the ANRB icon and select "Run as Administrator"

Thanks to all that replied I had a faulty USB connector which I have now replaced, I am getting my flights again, but I have been unable to get a network connection for the last 24 hours, has anyboby else suffered this and what can I do to rectify.

The network has been up all day Jim with no problems today,  Check the Get Network flights checkbox is ticked.

Sorry Jim,

I have no idea.  If you have Get Radatbox network ticked and have am internet connection you should have no problems.  i take it was OK before your cable problem.

Maybe try restarting to see if that helps

Yes all was OK before the cable problem, I have tried restarting on a few occasions, but I Will give it another go.

Thanks for your advice I reloaded programme and found a Firewall on my computer was blocking the Network connection, now back on line for my flights and network movements, what a relief, its nearly three days now without the network connection how have i survived ?.
