Hardware not connected
« on: March 11, 2012, 05:49:35 PM »
We have just installed Airnav onto a Samsung n145 Netbook (windows 7), however an error occurs which states hardware not connected, on reading through several issues on help it looks as though we may have to install the drivers for 32 bit operating  system, could someone please point us in the right direct as totally lost.
not fully computer literate to say the least.

many thanks

jdsd,

Is it 32 or 64 bit Windows 7 you have. If its 32 bit the drivers that came with the Radarbox software willl be OK.  If 64 bit download and install these ones http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/drivers/ANRB64bitDrivers.zip.

Disconnect the USB cable first and dont aattach until the drivers are installed.

Also which version of Radarbox do you have installed, this is the latest version, install it first before the drivers. http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/anrb/403/ANRB403Setup.exe
