Problems with setup

I cannot enter home location because the info box will not close. Hardware is connected & receiving flights but cannot see anything because I can't get any further than the info box.

Tried on 2 different XP machines, both same.

You need to be connected to the Internet. This is mentioned in a earlier email sent to you as needs to register the box.

The box was registered & connected to internet. The only way I got it to work was to click the previous box - yes - home location Uxbridge.
