YUL RB Feed is Down

Hi

My RB has failed and lost all sensitivity. I'm using my SBS until a resolution can be found. Unfortunately this is the second RB box that has failed almost after 1yr of use. Airnav did replace the other one quickly and provided excellent support to me.

I'm just at a loss to understand why this happens.

Yes I have,  and both my RB and antenna are Grounded.

Update: My RB is back up and I have added a DPD antenna system (65ft up). The performance and overall range has almost doubled. I an seeing traffic as far as 360km from my location into the south eastern U.S and excellent coverage north and north east of Montreal.  Bagging 80 hits in the flight list. I've even turned off network flights due to coverage I'm now seeing - I'm still sharing so no worries.
