Unable to renew subscription

I have been unable to update my account details credit card exp changed.  I have been trying to update my real time subscription and order 3D.  I have been trying for the last 7 days without any luck

I also left 3 phone messages and nobody from AirNav has called me back

I tried again today and the page I need is down

Which page are you looking at?

You should be able to login into www.plimus.com which handles our orders and change your details.

We do not handle orders via our phone number nor do we respond to none professional queries. As mentioned next to the phone number all other queries should be sent via our support system.

Yes thats the page it states its down due to maintance
in addition when I can get on to that page it still wont update my payment details  I have been trying to do this for over 7 days

Can I update via phone?

Try plimus now, we know it was down a few days ago due to maintenance though its working ok from what we can see.

You can't update via phone from us as the order management and processing is done via plimus.

It allowed me to do the upgrade now are airnav still offering 20% off the 3D version?

If so what the coupon code i need to enter
