According to the 'Aviation Herald', the Qantas A380 which had bits of the engine falling off en route from Singapore to Sydney was VH-OQA. This has led to the grounding of all Qantas A380's pending further investigations. There are some very good pictures of the affected aircraft on the 'Aviation Herald' website.
