NEW USER NEED'S HELP

I purchased a new AirNav RadarBox PRO today and I just can’t seem to get it to work. I have followed the instructions to the latter, but still no joy.

I have noticed that the software is dated 2009

The power light is on, but the two other lights only illuminate for approximately 0.5 of a second, whenever I plug the USB lead in and then they shut down.

I’m running A lap-top and the OS is Windows 7 64 bit

Any help would be very much appreciated, as I’m extremely disappointed and I have been looking forward to this purchase for quite sometime!!

As your using a 64bit Operating System you need to download the 64bit drivers from:

http://www.airnavsystems.com/RadarBox/support.html

Also the Pro version on that page is the latest version.
