network delay in upgrade

I have just reinstalled airnav and upgraded to 2010 3.13 and now my network flights are delayed by 5 mins I still have a couple of months on my account.
Anyone else had this problem and can I resolve it?

Send us RB login details to our support address and we can check whether everything is setup correctly.
