Hardware won't install

Hi, Airnav

This is my first post,

My computer crashed so i had to get a new windows 7 32bit,
i installed from my original disc 2007 put the activation code and password in,
but won't work because Hardware not connected,
i have checked most of the previous posts on this subject and followed the instructions ect
but still Hardware not connected also read and followed all instructions from airnav documents still no luck,    downloaded latest software drivers etc

this driver situation is doing my head in 2 weeks now, i am not computer literate there must be something about windows  7  32bit,     every time i check drivers it says no drivers detected and can't install 
airnav has worked on windows XP and Vista ok  but won't on windows 7 32bit for me

i am now having to go back to sbs again which im not keen on but no choice,             never dreamed this would happen,
               sorry to rant on but if this is driver trouble then it;s goodbye for me

Hello Brian,

Sorry ot hear of your despair ! Hopefully it may help to know that I am running ANRB on Win 7 32-bit with no problem, for about 6 months now - so it will work. As I recall I had a bit of a procedure to go through initially, unfortunately my memory fails me as to the exact details.

I'm sure some our more learned forum members will assist soon.

P.S. Did you install the ANRB software in the default place - or elsewhere. I seem to remember this was relevant. Mine is in c:/Airnav

as far as i know i tried to install in default and C:/AirnavSystems,
will probably check again later.

Hi Brankin,

2007 version is very old, you should download the latest Pro version from here

Windows 7 was released 2 years after the 2007 version of RadarBox hence needs updated drivers which the latest version has.
