hello

TC-SKB is known to show bad positions along with several other aircraft. One we used to get a lot was TF-BBH showing up over southern France / Spain at around 800 NM from us. If you are receiving an aircraft far outside your polar diagram or its position is jumping around a lot it is almost certainly bad data and not exceptional reception of an aircraft far away.

hello

This flight number means it is a flight from Dresden in Germany to Antalya in Turkey so it has no reason to be there.  Being far away is enough to signify bad data and  it doesn't have to jump around as well, they just do it sometimes.
