This COA B752 was squawking 7700 earlier today, (no Flight ID) and I tracked it passing Orkney, flying overhead me here in Chorley keeping at a steady FL250, and landing, I think, at Heathrow.

I'm seeing it now doing, I assume, air tests over the Thames estuary.
Does anyone know the story here?

Blimey - poor passengers - they must be really p****d off - all that flying and they still haven't even got to London yet.

It seems to be heading there now.

Guys, I have a feeling there are some errors in the report on this flight but correct me if I'm wrong. My box tracked this flight flying over Shetland just south of Lerwick at FL 370 at 07.43 - 07.54 BST and it was actually flying from Newark to Oslo as I have double checked start & end position. Hope this is of some interest to someone.

Hello

Yes indeed it did but look at this screenshot from flightradar24 and see it went across shetland to norway and then it diverted back to london from near oslo.

Hi Andrew, thanks for that screenshot and very interesting & unusual. I was just wanting confirmation tthe info I had on the flight was correct and me being a novice at this game hadn't mis-read the log.
