There is no delay, usually if you do not see Live network after purchasing its because you have entered your serial incorectly on the order page.Contact us, using the methods in our signature and we will take a look.

Whilst on this subject,I think it would make sense for the Network button to be in a more prominent position ie. The top toolbar.
5. Provide a row of buttons on the toolbar for common actions that are burried on other screens. Such as "Activate Alerts", "Process Hardware Flights", "Get Flights from Radarbox Network", "Connect to ACARS Decoder".
