Live Network

Took the plunge today & upgraded to the Live network. Is there any way to check that it is indeed live & not delayed? Apologies if this appears a silly question!

It tells you at the bottom of the screen with a green box - Real-Time network, with the update clock.

If you want visual proof, just watch an aircraft as it transitions between your live flights and the network - there should be hardly any delay as the aircraft moves between them (depending on your timeout settings).

Thanks Rod.

One more thing. My years free subscription was due to expire, hence me updating, but when I kicked the box up a message flashed up telling me my subscription had expired. Is there a delay between subscribing & activation?

There is no delay, usually if you do not see Live network after purchasing its because you have entered your serial incorectly on the order page.

Contact us, using the methods in our signature and we will take a look.

Whilst on this subject,I think it would make sense for the Network button to be in a more prominent position ie. The top toolbar.

Would it be possible Airnav?

Already requested, but never implemented :(

5. Provide a row of buttons on the toolbar for common actions that are burried on other screens.  Such as "Activate Alerts", "Process Hardware Flights", "Get Flights from Radarbox Network", "Connect to ACARS Decoder".
