RadarBox Stopped Working - Help Please
« on: February 10, 2010, 02:09:45 PM »
Hi

My RadarBox has suddenly stopped working and I can't figure out why.

I'm running Windows 7 64 bit and RadarBox version 3.13

The green light is on
The USB power light flashes once when I plug the USB cable in and then remains unlit
No white light at all
The Application continuously cycles between Hardware Connected - Hardware Disconnected.
I have reinstalled the drivers and applications many times.
I have tried numerous different USB cables to no effect.

Anybody any other ideas that might be worth trying

Thanks

I guess the first step is to check in Device Manager and make sure the Radarbox appears there as a USB device, and that the device status is "This device is working properly."

Also worth taking a look at the troubleshooting and drivers sections of the user manual.

If the blue USB light remains off all the time, I guess that might indicate a hardware fault.  Worth raising a support ticket at http://www.airnavsystems.com/contact.php or email to [email protected]

Snowman - did you get anywhere. Same problem just happened to me.
--------------
Edited to say Ive fixed it. All I did was move my ANRB folder from C:\ back to C:\programfiles\Airnavsystems\Airnavradarbox.
I then moved back to C:\ and its working again
