Hi Folks-
I moved my Radarbox to a new computer and a new continent. I clean installed the current version and entered my valid activation code; but it absolutely refuses to accept my new home station data.
I've tried all the location permutations I can think of:
Autodetect location (doesn't work)
Select Nearest City (200km away; but I hit okay and nothing happens)
Enter Lat/Long (enter lat/long, to various decimal points, none work - nothing happens)
I've entered new, old, bogus, and real information into the "Station Data" window. Nothing works.
I force quit the RB software, start it again, and the same thing happens.
No matter what combination of information I use, nothing happens when I hit okay. There's a slight pause and then nothing happens, the window just sits there like I never hit enter. If I just close the window, it then it pops back up and demands that I enter the information again.
In the background the RB is working and receiving network updates.
Frustrating! Ideas?
