Recently a few tests of GPS Jamming have been done in the UK over the last few weeks, Scotland and off the coast of the UK.
From NATS
AIC P89/2009 5 November 2009 Notification of GPS jamming trials – North Scotland 16-27 November 2009
AIC P91/2009 5 November 2009 Notification of GPS jamming trials – North East England Coastal Area 30 November and 1-4 December 2009
Has anyone see any affect off ADS-B flights dropping off?
Would be interesting to see the affect.

You can add yourself to a mailing list notifying about GPS jamming trials by going to the Ofcom web site.

You probably won't see any flights drop off. The data will move from a high accuracy indication to a low accuracy one. However, the radar box doesn't process this type of data in the ADS-B broadcasts.

Out of the 21 Boeing 737-300's in our fleet, only one has GPS. All the others rely on DME/DME (i.e. radio updating), and IRS for position information. GPS jamming would not affect our day to day flying.
