Departure/Destination Information

I've only had RB about a week now and have updated to 3.11 Beta software, what I am finding is that I need to research flights on the net to 'populate' a lot of them thru' database explorer with their departure/destination info (btw I have 'autopopulate' checked in preferences) is this usual?

I have changed ELY213 / 214 numerous times since they switched from Stansted (EGSS) to Luton (EGGW) to the the correct destiniation / departure but to no avail. Why is the AirNav database database ignoring my updates?
